Tapi builds products and services that make property maintenance better for everyone. Since 2016, property managers have used TapiHQ to manage maintenance from the first request to the final invoice, across more than 550,000 properties in New Zealand, Australia, the UK and Ireland. PreQuote prices eligible repairs upfront, and Patch takes care of the whole repair at that price.
Our ambition
Every home gets the care it needs, when it needs it, without anyone having to chase. We're building the operating system for property care: the software, services and pricing that make maintenance quick, clear and fair for everyone involved.

How to write about us.
Tapi is the company. TapiHQ, Patch and PreQuote are its products.
- TapiAlways lowercase in the logo, capital T in copy. Not “TAPI”.
- TapiHQOne word. Not “Tapi HQ” or “TapiHQ by Tapi”.
- PatchCapital P, always. On first mention: Patch by Tapi. Not “Tapi Patch” or “Tapi × Patch”.
- PreQuoteCapital P and Q, one word. On first mention: PreQuote by Tapi. Not “Prequote”, “Pre-Quote” or “PQ”.
